Appointments

Appointments can be made during office hours by calling (337) 439-8857 or (800) 523-9969.  For appointments in Sulphur, please call (337) 527-0022.  Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.  If it is necessary to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. 

After Hours & Emergency Care

If you are experiencing an emergency, dial 911 or head to the nearest emergency room. For all other calls, an on-call physician is available 24-hours a day, 7-days a week at (337) 439-8857.

Prescription Renewals

Prescriptions are renewed during normal office hours. In some instances, we may require that that patient be seen in our office prior to medication renewal.

Financial

If your insurance coverage, either primary or secondary coverage, is through a plan in which Urology Center participates, we will gladly bill your insurance(s) on your behalf on the date of services rendered. We will ask that you pay any co-payments, deductibles, or coinsurance portions on the day of service.  Any items not covered by your particular plan are payable in full at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, and most major credit cards and debit cards. Please contact our billing office should you have any financial questions or concerns.
